Walkenny Park Herbs was established by Denise
Farrugia of Drumborg Victoria in September 2003. Denise has a
passion for herbs, and has fed her stud and competition horses on herbs and
natural supplements for years.
Due to an horrific accident that one of her foals
had, Denise was so over whelmed with his recovery she decided to start the
business and promote natural feeding. Working with Equine Herbalist Victoria
Ferguson Denise has a real passion
for natural feeding. Denise also stocks Victorias Herbal Horse products .
Denise aims to provide quality products and a superior service coupled with a
friendly approach to all clients.
Denise has found Natural Feeding
easy, as well as very
rewarding. Denise has also studied Herbal Medicine and has attained a
Certificate Of Herbal Medicine for horses which has proven to be very beneficial
and certainly rewarding. Operating from her property which is just 7 minutes
from Heywood Victoria.
Walkenny Park has a shop with in its packing shed which
displays all Walkenny Park products. Open daily and by
appointment on the weekends. Walkenny Park aims at supplying customers with all
there horsy needs.
Walkenny Park has grown to such that they now supply a number
of retail outlets through out Australia with their quality
products. Due to the ever increasing popularity of their herbs Walkenny Park has just received a contract with
Saddleword to supply Saddleword Stores Australiua wide with natural supplements
and herbs.
Denise is a NCAS EFA Level 1 Instructor who teaches
many clients and also competes at shows and dressage events and only knows
too well how important and what it
takes to keep that winning edge.Denise would be more than happy to discuss the
